About Chongqing Medical University
Chongqing Medical University (CQMU), originally known as Chongqing Medical College, was founded in 1956. It was originally a branch of the Shanghai First Medical College (now known as the Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University). CQMU is jointly administered by the Ministry of Education of China (MOE), the Ministry of Health of China, and the Chongqing Municipal Government.
